How to help us help you faster

When reporting a problem, it speeds things up if you include:

• Your device and browser (for example, “iPhone, Safari” or “Windows, Chrome”);
• Which page you were on (Arabic, French clavier arabe, or Chinese keyboard);
• What you expected to happen, and what actually happened.

A note on privacy
